Your order will be sent the following working day, from SOKX Footwear (SOKX Footwear is wholly owned by Gravity Inc Limited) and should be delivered within 1-3 working days (within the UK), after you place an order. We ship our packages via Royal Mail postal service from our HQ in the the United Kingdom. On certain orders, a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package.

Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package or you have given the wrong address.

Standard Shipping

We’ll dispatch your order from SOKX Footwear HQ in the UK using Royal Mail – the UK’s national postage service. Once we receive your order, we email you to confirm the date that your order will be dispatched. Your order is dispatched NEXT DAY should be delivered within 1-3 working days (within the UK). For International orders, delivery is usually within 5-7 working days but can take up to 14 working days. In extreme circumstances please allow 21 working days before contacting us.
There is no tracking/insurance with our standard shipping service.

Tracked Delivery

We’ll dispatch your order from SOKX Footwear in the UK using Royal Mail – the UK’s national postage service. You will be sent the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. On your orders delivery can be tracked online.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged.

To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received and attach it to your package. Please send the parcel to the following address:

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting
